I should probably read the article but I’m going with processed food, pesticides, microplastics, evolution & increased awareness. I have 5 classes of approximately 20 HS students each. Every class has a few students either formally diagnosed or categorized as having neurodivergent traits.

I wrote about how Congress has turned into a senior center. How many AOCs are never elected because 80-year-olds refuse to step down? How many young lawmakers don’t acquire leadership roles — and miss out on years of experience — because seniority is prized above anything else?

Both of my daughters are engaged to be married. The ceremonies & receptions are 2 months apart in early ‘26. Venues contracted, guest lists on first draft. We love our girls & their partners and are thrilled but ffs when I said “you do you” to both of them I did not mean on this fucking schedule.

I like Bluesky. My favorite “other place” follows, resisters, news feeds are here, trolly fascist incoming administration supporters don’t last long, starter packs, all cool…but really cool is the ability to curate feeds. Music, pets, art, travel, tech, ed, culture…we manage our feeds. Lovely.
