Then I thank them profusely and state again I’m just really frustrated with their company and their ridiculous policies and I’m sorry once again. I can’t think of a single instance where I wondered if they hung up hurt or sad. I make sure to correct and apologize for my poor behavior.

Once a twice a year I’ll lose my patience and get snippy. Then when they do everything they can to help me I apologize and say I get it and I’ve worked in a call center myself for HVAC where ever caller was cold or hot and I’m sorry they work for a crappy company and I took it out on them.
