Even in jobs less personally inspiring than the arts, most people just want their efforts to be recognized and rewarded, and their time to be respected. The alienation of labor is not natural or inevitable.

It's been going on since at least the Nixon administration and the southern strategy. But even going back to before the parties switched places, it's always been carpetbaggers representing the wealthy putting their thumbs on the scales of local politics.

the way to stop people doing nazi shit is to create an environment where doing nazi shit immediately gets you jumped by six guys, do not pass go, ass kicking first and ask questions later. every goth & punk bar on god's gay earth already figured this out in the 90s

Please treat this like the life or death situation that it is. This isn't just mismanagement, it's a smash-and-grab fascist coup. Speak and act accordingly.

Tyrants are invariably the most insecure losers on the planet. Musk is not an elected official, and if he was he still wouldn't have the right to silence criticism.

I think a broad majority of people actually do support leftist positions, they just don't realize they do because of a century of propaganda. Bring people in on the issues.

with all the rest of it, but these things are even more dangerous, and also even harder to get rid of. We have to do it anyway, or our world could become even more destroyed than the one in this movie."

and it covered the earth so completely that they found it trapped in glacier ice in Antarctica and at the bottom of the ocean. The people making money back then tried to stop us from changing, too, but we made new rules banning it. And it was phased out when I was a kid. We have to do the same /

the people who make money from these things are trying to stop us from changing, because they only care about making more money, they don't care what happens to the rest of us."
