What's the skeet that said something like, "this is the stupidest it's ever felt to just go to work."

So they separately stopped the wife and others? With guns and passports in the car? And just let her go or what? Why was he living with a friend in the city? Were they separated?

My 10 year old was diagnosed with a host of allergies that exacerbate his asthma this year. It's been a nightmare guess and test with BCBS trying to figure out what inhalers are on his formulary. If I want to use coupons to lower cost, the spend doesn't count against my deductible.

When I was in college, I put an ad in the paper (lol) that I would be a goalkeeper coach for kids around NJ. Parents called my landline to schedule. I printed directions to fields from MapQuest. If there was traffic, you were just fucked unless you caught the radio report.

The sense I got was they didn't think an American pope was legitimate and this one only was a figurehead.

I went to a wedding reception a couple of weeks ago. The bride's family is Italian and came to the US to celebrate. I asked them (through her translating) what they thought of an American pope. "Oh, everyone knows he's just a figure head and someone else is really in charge."

When our son (now 10) was a toddler, this is why he always wanted to drive past the mall on the way to daycare.

That was a very cool article. The Pitt featured a story line about Freedom House.

I've been a capital equipment and service provider to pharma, academia, med dev, and diagnostics for about 10 years. This is terrible.

Wow, I cannot believe what you're telling me. Someone running for office lives in a city? Near stores? And they pay rent? Better spend days fighting against your own party over it.

This has been a years long process, but I've made peace with this concept. And you're completely correct.

Wild what decades of Fox News and booze can do to a brain. I'd venture a guess that many of us have a Judge Jeannine style relative in our own families where every time you see them you're like, "you used to make sense, but now you just get drunk and rant about incomprehensible things."

My camera still won't work reliably and sometimes sharing a ppt completely crashes the app during a meeting with people outside my org. But those pop ups to remind me I can use AI never go away.

I thought Abbie Richards did a nice job with her conspiracy chart to recognize how depraved/detached from reality some conspiracies are. www.wgbh.org/news/local/2...
