No. I am asking if you find the actions of both presidents to be illegal?

In the time since Hamas attacked Israel, which president ordered US military personnel to drop ordnance on foreign territory? Israel has been acting with carte blanche with both administrations.

My 2 cents, rather than talking process, call out his hypocrisy on avoiding endless wars, acting unilaterally tonight, cutting funding for CISA in his big bullshit bill and ask the voters if this helps their daily lives

Did you watch the news today? Are you supporting todayâs actions?

Well in fairness, quoting her is proof she is utterly unqualified for the job (with no experience in military or national intelligence), but Susan Collins confirmed her.

Why arenât municipal & state law enforcement entities zealously watching these masked males for traffic violations? Why arenât traffic control and sobriety check points in place to verify these people are safe to interact with the public? I wouldnât lose sleep if their commute was 2 hours each way.

Or witchcraft, sorcery, or âouter space people.â And if they think they like the result, then it becomes âGodâs will.â

Edited: Why donât we have more trains, that run on reliable schedule in multiple cities? I am a regular user of the Metro in DC & subway in NYC, but I have given up on my hometown Denverâs light rail system. Essentially 8 routes to run, but the schedule it too unreliable for getting to work.

Saw a similar sign in the south suburbs of Denver. Lots of peaceful energy on the sidewalks and support from most drivers.
The angry drivers were not surprisingly 50+ year old white folks (like me) who were mad at my sign.

Unfortunately I agree with you, at least for Bednar. He has not been able to win against Dallas or win a game 7. With Dallas missing 2 key players and Avs being healthy, this was a terrible collapse.

I was thinking the same thing. Legislators should offer an amendment to apply the laws to ICE agents and make Republicans vote against it.

This DNI is remarkably slow on the uptake. But in all fairness, she has minimal experience for the job.

Denial to federal buildings could include courthouses. Hard to represent clients if you canât enter an appearance, unless a critical mass of Big Law collectively says âenough of this crap.â Hopefully itâs more than a âmaybe.â

It would be painfully ironic if the PRC message ended with âHit us up on Signal, where we monitor your old boss.â

She has never been one before. She was not qualified for the job, as the world saw today.

She is not a military intel officer (35A MOS). She has been in a combat medical support unit, a military police officer and a civil affairs officer. No training to be a 35A.

My bad, meant to add âWe should continue to demand they do more, update their practices, choose new / younger leaders. Your comment on the limitations as the minority is accurate.â

You have a valid point on GOP spinelessness, but voters have been demanding Dems do something. This is a small start, 36 hours into the fiasco.

All good brother. And like you said, she definitely ought to know better. Not a pillar of credibility today.

LTC Gabbard was a medical specialist, a military police & a civil affairs officer, all as a member of the Hawaii national guard & Army Reserves. She never worked as an intelligence officer. Youâre absolutely right she should know CUI isnât discussed on personal devices. She isnât qualified as DNI.

Itâs not like these officials werenât warned. Dems should be asking their GOP colleagues if they also ignore these warnings & share info on Signal, and would they support publishing these unclassified messages to let the voters decide.

To be fair, those arenât mutually exclusive questions or tactics. Democrats should demand resignations and ask in front of cameras why the GOP is silent when they howled about Hillary.

Good point. The Classified Information Procedures Act (CIPA) defines classified information, and materials are a subset of that definition pertaining to things that can be analyzed. Classified Material has been defined in previous presidential executive orders and in the NISPOM.
