I am really laser focused on getting all my adult patients updated on their vaccines. A few vaccine doses I gave out in clinic today: - pneumococcal vaccine - Td booster - Covid booster - MMR - HPV - Hep B vaccines 8/8 acceptances, zero refusals. OFFER, COUNSEL, VACCINATE

Embarrassed that I missed this paper from @wrigleyfield.bsky.social and colleagues: Americans are dying more than people from other high-income countries, and have been doing so since the 1980’s. But it’s really accelerated, and we are now a huge outlier. 😳
