Seems like more attention should be paid to the curious fact that virtually all the ICE round ups in the news have been in urban and suburban areas. Places that largely voted against Trump. None that I'm aware of in rural areas where the effect on the food economy would be instantly catastrophic.

Pretty pleased this morning when I sold the van. Finally car free. Rode the analog bike to Penn Station & took it on the train to DC. Rode the Metro to have birthday dinner with my son. Started to ride back to the metro only to have my chain break. Off to a bad car free start.

The driver turning right on red assured me as he very anxiously pulled my bike & me from under his bumper that the only reason he tried to kill me in the crosswalk was that he was looking at the traffic coming from the left. I'm also now ready now to just start smashing tinted windows on sight.
