Streaming is what killed residuals. They stream any show they want and don’t pay actors residuals. We finally fought for a little bit, but you only get it for one year after the show airs and it’s not very much. Then nothing while they stream the show forever.

There was an older generation who made a lot of of money off of acting for cartoons because they were paid residuals…. Lots and lots of residuals….. but that doesn’t exist anymore, not the way it used to. Can’t get Rich off it now.
