Page proofs for SHE'S UNDER HERE have arrived. Gosh, it looks like a book. I'm going to print out two copies, and over the next week my sainted husband will sit with me and read it aloud, taking turns every other section. Tedious but absolutely worth it. And then it will truly be out of my hands.

Our last volunteer event was a great example of collaboration. Alexis from @potomacconservancy came out to lend a hand and Four Mile Run Conservatory loaned us waders to help us go further out in the marsh to retrieve tires. Love the partnership between environmental groups in the DC area.
