Kind of incredible that it's judge Doughty who is speaking up about this also. Doughty is one of that group of Trump judges often willing to give the MAGA world everything they want. He issued the crazy July 4th ruling that banned the federal gov't from talking to ANY social media company.

Yes, above and beyond individual security, it is definitely a political problem that judges rely on law enforcement to enforce their power over the executive branch, and yet most law enforcement seem supportive of an executive administration that doesn't believe in the separation of powers.
