European politics are extremely incompetent or unable to properly act. One reason is that after years we are not a Union but just a bunch of small independent countries, each one bound to its own political interests unable to provide a path for the continent.

Actually I think I understood a variated diet is the best. I once read that in whole humans slowly transitioned from hunter gatherers to agricolture, cereals where so low in nutrients that hunters were healthier.
