Watching the response to Trump accidentally doing the right thing has convinced me that the whole world, politics and geopolitics is no more than a soap opera to our fellow citizens. How did the human race survive this long?

Richard Madeley compared Palestine to Nazi Germany, and then said that all the children killed were collateral damage of an essential invasion. RT if him and his hideous views need to be banned from UK TV. (Richard Madeley in October 2023.)

I hate it when I find myself agreeing with this guy, but it keeps happening lately.

Horrific horse5hit to be throwing at the British people. Russia sent troops into Ukraine to clear out the Nazis, never to invade. Proof is that they had signed a treaty and were headed home when Bozo Brit was sent to mess up the deal. America started the war.

I can well imagine Trump trying to say the same!

"Europe must now start the painful process of “de-risking” its relationship with the US, looking for areas of dangerous dependence on America and stripping them out of the system.” @gideonrachman.bsky.social

Clown. That's disgusting, quite apart from downright irresponsible.

In Europe or very lonely. I'm not sure if that is UK, but someone needs to get them by the collars and talk some sense to those plebs in Brussels.

When did Ukraine ever have a say in it.

The modern curriculum, 2026 not 2036, needs to teach kids to sense check and truth check what is fed to them by the likes of chatGPT and how to expand on it. Using it to cheat or worse still, ignoring it, is not progress.

This picture will live long in history. The warning will likely be ignored again.

It's hard to imagine a more gut-disturbing way to spend a few hours. How desperate would one have to be?
