I’ve set up a timer on my phone’s Bluesky app. 15 minutes a day in my case, after which the app won’t open. It’s really helping my mental health to be honest.

Weirdly enough, Starbucks drip coffee was somewhat better in Germany. Back in 2012, I pretty much made a Starbucks coffee shop into my de facto office during a research stay in Nuremberg (mainly because of free wifi).
