Headline **sucks** as does the opinion of early Bsky, trans / Star Trek celeb erasure, etc.
But. Part of the conclusion makes sense - but it doesnāt just āneed more ā¦ peopleā*, it needs to encourage smaller community and organic discovery. This is what it had early on that helped us thrive

Worse than that - the algo helps them hide bad feedback by prioritizing responses and quotes they reply to/like. By selectively ignoring things they donāt want to answer their follow echo chamber grows as does their ability to dogpile unsupportive views

also look up IFAKs and make your own with gauze, tourniquet, gloves, and any other supplies you want available to you for you in the event youāre injured at a protest.
