Ireland & the UK would welcome them.
Feel entrepreneurial?
Half a million US expats live in Europe. Many are privately insured or Medicare-eligible retirees. An American health care facility could relieve the burden posed to health services, cut waiting lists, & improve MDs' quality of life!

Yes, but now where will folks like Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau & Deputy Homeland Security Secretary Troy Edgar, who greeted the newly arrived Afrikaner refugees at Dulles - take them on their good-ole-days-in-America tour?

I needed a rubella vaccine in spite of one in childhood, but wouldn't have known if Rhode Island hadn't req'd titer tests for marriage licenses.
Maybe the pro-life crowd that once thought it was important that my children weren't born deaf b/c of German measles will get on board w vaccine mandates!

So, #UshaVance, how did you explain your interrupted ski vacation to your daughter?
Did the matter of peaceful protest and righteous anger come up?
Thank you, #Vermont.

He followed the rules. He bought into a system that rewarded his best efforts to make his company profitable no matter the human cost.
In his memory, let's demand that the rules change.
Let's agree a fair margin of corporate profit, give tax credits for the cost public benefit & work together.

I am not callous.
Personally and professionally I decry his assassination at the hands of a zealot. I pray for his family and believe that his life and his memory will be a blessing to them.
Civically, I encourage us all to make his memory a blessing to us.

Dems presence would suggest its legitimacy. Any pushback will meet criticism. Non-presence will make the content less newsworthy & the statement clear and less contentious.
Frankly, apart from the Speaker, I want to know which Dems would break with any collective action you choose.

The Lakota referred to Two-Spirit people as winyanktehca, two-souled beings. They were believed to be wakan — sacred or divine. They were also blessed with the unique ability to perceive the world — through two distinct spiritual lenses.

At one time I was threatened by the abuser of an elderly relative I was trying to protect. Lawyers, police & social workers were involved. I was two states away and still terrified.
I detest that she is voting this way - but won't judge her fear. The threat is real. Let's demand secret ballots...

If reasonable Republicans are intimidated by threats of physical violence - Trump pardoned his militia-in-waiting, there's no hope.
The lesson is that John Thune wouldn't be the leader without a secret ballot.
The same must be true for confirmation hearings.

Actually no. #SenBobCasey lost his seat to a monied Republican.
Casey, #Tester (Montana) & #Brown (Ohio) had their seats bought out from under them.
Peter Thiel bought JD Vance his Ohio seat - b/c Dem leadership underfunded #TimRyan.
It's a new world. The fight isn't fair. Their money will win.

He's my senator, I agree but won't condemn him. We need to moderate our language.
53-47 would have been a loss. Non-voters, Independents, Libertarians cite purity tests as cause to stay home.
PA is divided. Let him stay credible. Judge him by votes that fail b/c of him.

#Collins has caved on #Gabbard - arguably because she is afraid for her and her family's physical safety.
#Romney allowed his biographer to put that level of intimidation in writing.
We have to demand secret ballots, or there will be no separation of powers.

Thank you. I appreciate the response.
Perhaps EU Green Card holders who've had their earnings data compromised can make a case.

Congress's failure to enact the American Data Privacy and Protection Act (ADPPA) has proven even more dangerous than was predicted.
Absent a specific clarifying legal framework - what are "Ongoing privacy violations"?
Their spinelessness was and is an abdication of their power and our rights.
