youre right, IF it did go well, it could be a branching off to other organization...

i would love to see it attempted, if anything, but it could also quickly devolve into cult abuse. im just always considering the rational doubts about things so that idealism doesnt blind us

And well, tbh i dont *need* Another Religion, to justify me being trans or something. im okay on that front personally it sounds more to me like we just want a protected commune that sometimes does silly rituals :p

yes i Like the idea, but in practice, eh
comment in response to post
from what i remember researching this a few years ago, its simpler to apply for, than it is to maintain... it would be impractical. now if you got a huge amount of trans ppl to pool in funds and donations to this one organization, maybe... but with what of our money? lol

what was he about generally?

land had a few good insights about how capitalism functions in a post-industrial, post-cyber world. But his conclusions outside of that are utterly absurd and foolish and mostly incoherent prose I'm sorry lol. I find no real appeal in his silly cyberpunk theories

i thought about this in the past, and then realized no, that would likely run the risk of trans community apostasy. while many of us may feel spiritually about our identity, that relationship is very diverse. plus, if that were to be the case, better get busy on revelation and scripture
comment in response to post
i guess that's better than tranny mormonism
comment in response to post
it was kinda funny but more sad to see a bunch of girls go "wait capitalism good actually?" after going down the rabbit hole

every other trans girl on twitter got into Deleuze and Nick Land in 2018 and it was the worst thing ever i do like the former but he's a bit convoluted and I don't really agree with his conclusions
