yup! it's a trick as old as time. the narrations for the end of Fallout New Vegas are done by a narrator that is positioned just behind the slideshow, so you can clip OOB and go hang out with Ron the Narrator

Bluesky's domain verification feels like as close as we get nowadays, which is still a great system but has its flaws (and no quick signifier for viewers)

if Bluesky is enforcing volume normalization with videos like. why would you bother uploading stuff like music, game clips, etc if it's just going to have the audio get fucked in the process. it seems like something implemented with a lack of user trust (in the same way YouTube has done)

I think it might be a good idea to run my favorite pair of commands (in command prompt as an admin)
sfc /scannow (system file check; looks and repairs for corrupt files)
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth (compares your current Windows install against a standard image, restores it to normal)
