If there's lots of backtracking then it's annoying as it's a lot harder just to run past things. I image with no contact damage you have to be much clearer about what has a hitbox and when, for melee type enemies especially.

For a family adventure style show it has really brutal moments, people die all the time, on screen! The plot has hints of Eva but also Nausicaa.

I do this all the time! There's some mental block I get with finishing, like I'm afraid I'm not really done with it? Only with open world stuff though i think...

Feels like this is a marketing problem, if your fighting game isn't flashy and have cool looking pro play (to nonplayers/newbies) it is going to look bad vs the competition?
