Green tea tastes awful unless you add enough honey. However, adding enough honey (fructose and sucrose) probably cancels out all possible health benefits.

Some nuclear plants may be re-opened, e.g.,Indian Point. Three Mile Island's undamaged reactor will reopen as Microsoft signed a deal for all its power. Perhaps thorium reactors will be built. The technology is decades old and the byproducts are less dangerous than those from uranium reactors.

FDR had it wrong. Fascism is control by the state of the large economic entities even though they are owned privately. It is but steps away from socialism and communism.

NYC's and Buenos Aires' experiences with rent regulation shows how rent regulation chokes supply in the long run. Apparently, nobody learns anything except how to make developers contribute big $$ to politicians' election funds.

The result from that was a moratorium on new gas hookups, a delay in buildings changing from more polluting fuel oil, and artificially high natural gas prices in Downstate NY.

Governor Grannykiller mandated covid-ill seniors return to their nursing homes. The resulting epidemic in the nursing homes killed an estimated 9,000 elderly, mostly women. If this were not bad enough, Gov. Grannykiller refused to allow an expansion of natural gas lines in existing rights of way.
