March 28th is just my decently hopeful but still realistic guess (sorry it's not tomorrow :P ). Don't take my guess too seriously, could still be late April or even May for all I know lol.

But maybe 2 weeks is too short, idk. If it fails cert, that would delay it since they'd need to fix it and resubmit. Also, just because ch2 released on a Friday, doesn't mean ch3&4 will. There might also be other things I'm not considering that delay it further.

That being said an April (4th?) release wouldn't surprise me. 2 weeks for cert is a complete guess, I couldn't find much info on how long it usually takes for a game this size (most just talk about updates, the ones that did talk about actual games gave conflicting answers), but seems reasonable?

I've actually been thinking March 28th since the previous Toby update (same reasoning but with a week for ps5 test to finish) but sure I'll put out the guess now so I can do a funny QRT if I'm close or exactly right :3
