And the center is struggling to at least agree on the 200 billion one-time defense fund. On the other side, on the left, die Linke managed a surprise surge with young voters (27% @ 18-24yo) and while they are critical of USA + not-so-critical of Putin, they oppose any increase in defense budget.

The AfD (and BSW) aligned voters are foremost pro-Putin guys. They won't be in favor of raising the defence budget by 200 billions as proposed by the center left and center right, let alone invest in nuclear deterrence. In their perception the enemy is an internal not external, at least not Putin

Part of the solution might be that platforms and their owners who abolish content moderation teams and endorse each and every batshit crazy idea aired on their bot-infested platforms will have to be fined to such extent that they have to reestablish meaningful content moderation or else shut down.
