Instead of picking out the new paint color, I filled some holes on the walls and removed the curtain rods. I have narrowed down the paint colors to choose from to 4 though, but man, there are SO MANY pinks that choose one from 50 is such a difficult task.

Imagine being rich enough to own multiple fully furnished vacant homes with HOA fees, and complain about being taxed an additional 1 million dollars (~30.5k US$), but won’t let one single extended relative, who is grandma’s companion, live in one of the older properties rent free.

I’m very tempted to send her some Bible verses about rich people don’t go to heaven, words from Jesus, but then again, she’s heartless enough that I think she deserves to suffer for it and shouldn’t get any chance to become a better person. Also I don’t want to break my own no contact rule.

On the bright side, the replacement guy seems like a better person for the job. He introduced himself today and talked about tightening up the hazmat area. Hopefully this means we’ll have an easier time ordering supplies through him…

After WW2, the paternal grandfather was a mechanic fixing tanks for the US Army during Vietnam War, until he became disabled in a workplace accident. He died from lung cancer before I was born. My father and all his siblings worshipped him, but since they’re all batshit insane, I reckon he was too.

The maternal great uncle’s body was never recovered, years later my grandfather hired a psychic medium to find out what happened to him, and was told that he was KIA.
