Glad to hear you say people should reduce their consumption of palm oil. Great article about how soy plantations are as environmentally devastating as palm oil.As soy is primarily used by animal agriculture,I presume you also advocate for a plant-based food transition?

Thank you! The crust is mainly whole chickpeas, just blitzed and mixed with some ground nuts & oats, so it’s dead easy and much healthier than a traditional pastry crust.
