I'm doing one of those 'corner' mountains - in work. And I'll have to get my Yamanote on line too! On my morning walk I saw the Amtrak Pacific Coastliner on the way to San Diego. Toot Toot, the engine was pushing the carrages.

Ah, ok. My brain did not register. Looking good. Seabee - can do!

That is a nice walk in tub! Hope the rest of install and finish work goes well.

That will be a nice base coat for your layout.

Nice layout, setup, features, and nice video photography.

Ah, the ancient times, when a payday meant an vinyl album and a 6 pack of beer.

All the cool kid's have one!

Yes, how a small electric motor can be so loud escapes me too. Looks good!

Yamanote Line!

Yes, some sort of winged system, possibly the wings deploy as the lander has entered the Martian atmosphere, then 'gently fly' to a landing area. Possible with greater payload. Thanks for the reply!

I was excited when Juno arrived at Jupiter. The navigation team, how do they do it!

He is pretty excitable that's for sure.

YouTube has Jon Anderson with CYO (youth orchestra) and now Starship Trooper is stuck in my head

Get well soon. 3 week's medical leave is so generous. In USA a person has to use up all their sick / vacation, then go on disability.

We were talking about Mars at work. Since is has atmosphere, could a winged aircraft like a powered glider work on that planet?

A sentiment analysis tool could come in handy, though, the personal replies are genuine.

Brownies for work! Hmm, trying to get the team to find up a software build? 😁

Lottery it bingo ball machine? 😁

Yes, it is those 2 straight sections that come off the outside oval. Now that I understand how it works, its good to go.

Grass mats, those are perfect. I have a roll of green scenery mat and need to get another one.

That's cool, sometimes priority rules over fun

The water looks really good. A well done prominent scenery feature!

That is some serious detail

At first I thought that was a smoothie machine!

Thank you for the options and link. Pretty much the sky is the limit!

Thank you for the option. That could be phase 1, and Phase 2 could be raspberry pi integration with relays.

Lots of (T-TRAK oriented) words about setting up turnouts, with info about DC & DCC: ntrak.org/resources/Do...

That's a lot of code. Kudo's on your inspiration and getting to that level with the project. If I was to get one small led crossing blink with a raspberry pi, I'd consider myself genius.

Railroad building just as fun as coding

I hope to be doing some landscaping today

That's cool. My active duty was two westpac's out of K-Bay, then Gulf War 1 out of Camp Pendleton as a reservist. Glad USMC is represented at JPL.

Hmm, would you have been in an El Maco unit? Electronics Maintenance Company?
comment in response to post
That's not too bad.

Ooorah, Marines. They will welcome the cool LA weather. 500 though, it's a battalion. That's a lot.
