Fun thing about the 'drunk tank' in a lot of places is that there's no bed and the lights stay on and it can last for days/weeks if you don't have thousands of dollars on hand.

In my 20s I started calling someone Fishstick and got other people to and then when the person got mad at being called Fish dick I had to explain it and then they were just confused. I had to explain there was no reason to it. It was just something dumb to do. Wish they'd have asked sooner.
