It works with whatever thickness you prefer! The first photo is def thicker than the second and I’d suggest starting thinner then building on it till you get to the level of thickness you like 🖤

You can definitely do a cat eye, you just have to cheat your anatomy a bit. There’s tons of videos on how to do a cat eye on a hooded lid but essentially you have to create (what I call) a lil ‘shelf’ or ‘hook’ to make it look like one complete line
