Our town had issues like this for months after they switched our mail to go through a different city (it literally passes us and then comes back from the other city, so it doesn't even make sense). They must have caught whoever it was because it stopped eventually. Hope you get it sorted. It sucks.

Doodling? No preparation needed. Actual art pieces? That's gonna take me getting my brain in the right gear. To be fair, this has been more of an issue since the chronic fatigue gave me brain fog. I have a harder time thinking through anything so it makes sense art would be the same
