As someone who started working on Otachan only at the very end of the first season, It's really interesting to recalibrate the weight of each line by being able listen to both the English and Japanese dubs, each one has its strong points and their peculiarities.

最初のシーズンの最後から『おたちゃん！』に携わり始めた人間としては、英語と日本語の両方の吹き替えを聞きながら、それぞれのセリフの重みを再調整するのは本当に興味深いです。それぞれに長所と独自性があるね。

everyone who wants to be part of the co-op needs to have a permanent residency pretty much which is quite the hurdle compared to italy were you just need to have a visa to be part of a co-op

The Pizza department is lead by one of the goats of pizza-making coming directly from Sweden (I think?) to teach all our trainees that animators will die at 35 if they're not fed properly so it's necessary to create balances pieces with all sorts of funny ingredients.

Of course, greater objectives have to be pursued with caution as some carless moves (like overlying on a specific client with a lot of money only for a specific project) might seem to provide a lot of happiness at first but might simply result unpractical in the long term
