Just the threats of tariffs have had a significant chilling effect on investment at the local levels. My neighbor builds single and multi-unit housing. Because costs cannot be anticipated, his biggest GC (builds 6 multi’s a year) has no plans to start ANY. Play that out across industries & the US

When Goolge chose to rename the Gulf of Mexico on their maps, I started looking for ways to completely replace them. Not just maps. Everything. The data privacy was bad enuf. Last straw I guess. I found and am working thru this. The thought others might appreciate. cyberinsider.com/google-alter...
