By the time Over She Goes was being made into a film at Elstree, third banana Eric Fawcett had gone over to the Beeb to become a television producer. He’s on the record, but not in the film.

It’s true that the Baird Televisor could be reverse-engineered to work as a camera. Most Baird Televisors, however, weren’t connected up to a zonking big transmitter.

The latter three are the result of teenagers being given first-time access to MS Paint and an inkjet printer in 1991. I’d like to retrospectively apologise to Mr Harrison for using a term’s worth of ink in the first week, but frankly we were all at it.
