The March escrows have been executed by Off_Escrower, an XRP community member. The XRP destination was, of course, Ripple
This is the 1st time Ripple created new escrows before releasing monthly escrows
This means the 1B released has been added to Ripple's XRP, NOT in escrow.

The economy runs on private consumption. The People have tremendous power if we act in unison. We can pursue civil disobedience without leaving our homes, by BUYING NOTHING. Look what the COVID shutdowns did to the economy... little 1.5% blip, but like an economic bomb went off.

Bonus fact:
"French fries" first appears as "French fried potatoes" in 1856 work "Cookery for Maids of All Work" by Eliza Warren.
French-fried was a term of the time for anything deep-fried, as in french-fried onion rings & french-fried chicken.
