Y'know, I'd been considering grabbing this game right up until someone compared it to Outer Wilds. I really did not get on with the repetitive parts of that game. Bored me too much, made me too motion sick, and at some point I just gave up trying to be interested in it. So I dunno, maybe I'll pass.

I’m sure there are folks who enjoy a bit of a joke; but for me on April 1, 2025, I feel like a whole day dedicated to making up lies for ANY reason is a bit of a bad vibe.

Perhaps the Gamers are alright

I'm really feeling that John Greene vibe, "It has been January for months in both directions." Also, the "this has been one hell of a week / Dude, it's Tuesday" thing. 😩

@musicbrainz.org Made my second-ever full-album upload. Surprised this one wasn't already there. Would love to have a double-check, though 😅 musicbrainz.org/release/769a...

When United Fruit Company workers were bulldozing the Costa Rican jungle, they began finding these enigmatic spherical stones ("petrospheres") made of 'gabbro', a basaltic stone. Thinking they might contain treasure, workers tried drilling or blowing them up. Let's talk about the 'Diquís Spheres'.

during the same night, three big twitch streamers were attacked by a stalker while, in a totally separate instance, another was robbed at gunpoint. now streamers are reckoning with the very real impacts of sexism, as well as a need for increased security aftermath.site/valkyrae-cin...

I remember when The Onion used to just be parody; but now it feels like either prophesy or simply saying the unspoken part.

I need to follow this game, because it sounds like something I would really get a kick out of!

This is, I guess, as good a time as any to let friends here know I was laid off this week and that I'm looking for work. I have 15+ combined years in games marketing, narrative, writing, & bizdev. So, hey, if you know anybody hiring, my DMs are open.

It's nice to see that at least sometimes the people who play shitty games end up getting shitty prizes. Not happening as much as I'd like to see these days, sadly.

The man who sicced the black-shirted thugs on this woman is Sheriff Bob Norris. The man jeering, "Look at this little girl over here...We've got to be a little aggressive with some of these folks here... Your voice is meaningless right now...I can talk over all of you" is "voice actor" Ed Bejarana.

yes. love it. do this.
