Mit Aushilfe die Gruppe gerockt und mit den Kindern den ersten Spaziergang des Jahres gemacht.
Sehr große Hunderunde durch den Wald gelaufen.
Insgesamt bin ich 10 km gelaufen und mein Ischias und die Kniee bedanken sich.
