The Austrian rail regulator released stats this week for the Federal Railways' diesel fueling station usage, and apparently diesel consumption in 2024 was 9% lower than in 2023, in large parts thanks to electrification efforts 🌱 That's 45% less diesel for rail transport than in 2008 <3
