I was too tired to make pies today between recovering from my recent health scare and having flu/covid shots yesterday, so my youngest J, helped my husband, M, with it. He criticized M’s choice of apple cider vinegar over lime for acidity. We’ve exposed the kids to far too many cooking shows.

After having reconstructive foot/ankle surgery, I developed a blood clot, cellulitis and pneumonia. I spent ten days in the hospital and I feel so much better. I’ll be on blood thinners for at least 6 months and oxygen until I can maintain on my own. Can’t wait for a shower.
