IMO the Punk VS Mena/DR beef right now is the perfect example of how you don’t have to be bigoted, needlessly cruel, or employing personal attacks in order to deploy good old-fashioned, hype, out-of-pocket trash talk that people love to watch. It’s so good.

No Tekken bracket at the local tonight, but casuals featured a solid ten seconds of Yoshimitsu pinwheeling after a backward crawling Kuma, neither player doing anything, just for Kuma to slow-mo heat smash Yoshi to death. Everyone SCREAMED. Offline FGs are something so great.

Won Hops & Stocks tonight (7 entrants) only dropping one game. 2-0 VS a friend who admittedly doesn’t play this game, 2-0 VS Logahan’s JP (and he’s been cooking—beat me last time,) 3-0 VS long-time rival CamboSoup’s Rashid. Went Ken in grands and got Cambo again 3-1. WE MOVE.
