A lot of the armour needs assembly because of the size so I join pieces by plastic welding. I didn't look where I was setting the heating tool so it just melted through the part on my desk like a hot knife through butter. By the time I realised it had vaporised a nice chunk of it.

The original door is green one on the right. I modelled the door from scratch to match it with a minor improvement of a door handle on both sides.

Yeah I love this printer and it was a substantial upgrade from the original modified Ender 5 which I had for many years. The details are great and that's just a standard print setting too so it is capable of better.

I think the small spool got lifted out of its cradle which meant the Bowden tube was pulled out to position. Hard to say for certain but it all went back into place easily enough

Last time I saw something that made me feel physically sick was when I looked up the rotten website as a kid 😂

Part of me wonders if I could basically give it a thin border of a gloss plain colour around the bat to help separate it from the chest a little... Maybe a black or grey?

I recorded the disco. It's an LED light from her desk and music from my phone. We had such a good time 😂🥳

Thanks! It's starting to come together really nicely. Red Hood is awesome so I'm hoping to do him justice (pun partly intended). Did a quick fit test of the hoodie, jacket and helmet. Should have plenty of space for armour and pads.
