I've been on BRAT diets when sick. I also was on a low FODMAP diet when I had more severe intestine issues.
Last time I made some chicken and rice soup. Basic, but good, filling, and healthy.

I know someone who got an email from Elon telling her to quit her job and she ignored it and kept coming into work. Nine days later she gets another email from Elon saying that she was deemed too vital to fire. This is what everybody should be doing.

1) most Democratic politicians are in wait and see mode.
2) major journo funders are, again, undergoing internal realignments
3)major donors to NGOs & democracy groups are sulking or scared.
We can’t wait on a blueprint for what comes next. We need to fight for the country now.

I'm very sorry you went through this BS from "DOGE"!
My last two positions were in support of a University Department. One had more NIH grants/contracts, the other NSF.
This will ruin our standing with research and innovation.
I hope you continue your work somewhere soon.
