Epoxy has a tendency to peel off smooth surfaces if there's any wiggle but would be good if you were putting thick pieces back together. Silicone's good for smooth surfaces.

Dry it out and slather the cracks with silicone caulk and hope the cracks don't go under the base. They best replace it before it becomes a much bigger problem :(

Planted most of the small plants and shrubs you'd see in the nearby parks, plus related cultivated varieties. Going for a snack/spice/tea garden with emphasis on natives and pollinator favorites. The soil is very dry and neglected, so right now I'm just seeing what sticks and letting it heal.

Native plants are THE WAY! PNW has such beautiful ecosystems. Bringing the woods back to my little spot in the city has been difficult but so rewarding.
