Oh yeah, I'd say that's a fair reason to avoid VR! They are not at all friendly for vision impairments- I ruined a pair of prescription glasses years ago trying a headset for the first time, scratched them up. They just aren't very practical overall

Thank you! Personally, I have not been so invested in the overarching plot of an RPG since I played Mass Effect for the first time. You really feel like your character matters, and what you are doing matters. The writing is superb and mature, and had me on the edge of my seat consistently.
