Is the canon of Harry Mudd really all that sacred though? I was much more bothered by the Klingons than the Gorn, and most of that had to do with production quality, not any changes themselves.

They have to give a number. If there isn't a number, if it doesn't matter how many actual citizens get caught up in it, then really what they are saying is that they don't care about those citizens because of the color of their skin. Man, there's a word for that...

...citizens need to be wrongly deported before the idea is untenable? How many citizens need their rights not just violated, but outright stripped away? It's going to happen, so if they support it, you deserve to know how many they are okay with.

America means nothing to them. The Constitution means nothing. It's all about power regardless of the cost. They will lie for it. They will make excuses for it. Eventually, they'll do worse, because at every opportunity, they've gotten worse.
