Having to push this stream off until tomorrow due to sister and cousin retiring to bed and my own energy fading this evening.

I think it is most definitely a horizontal frequency thing. My PC-KD862(not 854) supports 15 and 24 KHz. I don’t think it would output at 31KHz. I could try to go for a X1 Turbo or a X1 turbo Z that I can at least capture via composite if it came down to it. I am stuck with RGB on the base X1.

I don't think it's a resolution thing since the PC-8801MA can do the same 640x200 that the X1 uses.

I do have an issue in the fact the Sharp X1 refuses to show up on my OSSC and my PC-98KD854 monitor is being a bit funny with it (I think the game is running at 15Khz). But I will figure this out.

The original X68000 is such a neat machine. I'm hoping to get one to compliment my XVI compact at some point. Been trying to get my hands on a copy of that version of Castlevania for a bit now.

Spoiler alert, the blue one was 100% entirely NOT the one I needed, wasn't even relevant. I did find out you can get back into the map from certain walls in this level. IDK how you would even apply this to other levels or even apply it in a useful manner.

Since we also did Digital Devil Story, I showed the Nakajima outfit I'm using for the rest of the 2nd story Famicom playthrough, the PC-88/Sharp X1 version and Kyūyaku Megami Tensei. I can probably use this outfit as a base for Hazama and Naoya Toudou's outfits.

Ok was not able to go back to bed so should we finish Shin Megami Tensei if... tonight, depending on how far we are in time-wise, I might just stop early so I can get some snoozetime. I did find my retrotink for the Famicom so doing more Digital Devil Story 2nd playthrough is possible.

Specifically version 1.4. The newer 1.6 slows the movement down considerably.

Excited to see where the 'real tbcr amiga gaming half hour' is on the schedule.

I feel like certain aspects of the Another Bible outfit might be doable in Vroid but that Majin Tensei II one I probably have to fully outsource. I might have to do both, honestly.

God If I Saw Her Now never fails to wreck me. I think it is one of my favorite of the "Soft-spoken" Phil vocal performances and a great duet with Vivienne McAuliffe. The reprise of the end of Which Way the Wind Blows before the final verse is the good stuff.

I could just make the elbow pad part of the jacket for the LBIII outfit but I want the 3D definition of it since i want to get as close to the original as I can.

I had a similar annoying issue with the outfit I wore near the end of the Majin Tensei playthrough, where the shoulder, arm and leg armor pieces had no definition. I had to use shading and hilights to make the illusion of 3d definition.

I made a rough approximation of the Mattel outfit in vroid in 10 minutes, lmao.

"teebs, you don't have to have outfits made for each game" listen, either you commit to the bit or you don't, and i want to commit to the bit.
