Cataloging these photos feels like piecing together a puzzle, but the pieces don’t fit. My friend’s work was always deliberate, yet there’s an odd inconsistency. The interiors seem untouched by time, almost preserved, despite the decay outside. Nothing matches up. I’ll dig deeper into the negatives.

Looks like he shot a lot of abandoned buildings. Trying to look for similarities to figure out what he was doing here. This one was strange. There doesn't seem to be any damage in the flooring yet grass is coming through.

I've spent the last few days in Appalachia cataloging photos from a late friends body of work. He left behind a mountain of negatives, videos, audio recordings, etc. Here are a few from the first roll. I have no idea where this house is, nor what he was working on. I'll be sharing what I find.
