Not to mention that even if you're misguided enough to think getting more White Christians into Britain is the answer to all our problems, the biggest obstacle to doing that is, of course, Brexit.

And how would he drive such a change? Criminalise divorce? Legalise bigamy? Huge tax breaks for fecund Anglicans? Church-sanctioned artificial insemination? Handmaids? Joy Divisions?

I put forcing in quotation marks because Mexico and Canada didn't really give up much of anything they were not already doing or that they would have agreed to in friendly negotiations without the tariff threat. He's not a negotiator. He's a bully.

Genuinely baffled as to his end game here, if it's not just senility or sowing chaos. And does this statement not open his BS 'emergency powers' justification for tariffs to endless court challenge? Not to mention start every other trading partner preparing for the inevitable strong arm tactics?
