The weird bit is that this sequence of events happens within 30 min of going from lying down to being upright (sitting or standing). It's like an ME-MCAS-dysautonomia combo and I have zero idea what to do about it. 2/2

My body's latest trick (last few months) is to throw on a swollen feeling in my throat, followed by severe nausea that lasts around 8 hours unless I hit it straight away with an anti-emetic that actually works. 1/2
