PRE-ASSIST OLSEN!!! #avfc

Over *6,000* people are now backing the call for Marks & Spencer to pull their ads from GB News & #StopFundingHate 💥💥💥 actionstorm.org/petitions/ma... Hatred is being normalised - but we're pushing back

Lie after lie has been told this week about how the Ukraine war started, from the Kremlin and the White House. Here's our News Agents video essay which explains the truth, and spells out why Trump clings so close to Putin and lives in his warped reality. www.youtube.com/watch?v=cufM...

Trump is on the brink of betraying Ukraine and the UK. Britain must lead in Europe by increasing defence spending immediately and all political parties should get round the table to make that happen. I fear what happens if we don't take this step.

Liz Cheney just wiped the floor with JD Vance 🔥 "Rarely has so much ignorance and ahistorical BS been crammed into a single tweet."

There's a rumour that Nigel Farage is keeping his head down because he's off to a Trump cheerleading conference over the weekend. I’m afraid I’m being proved right- Farage is far more interested in Trump's success than British security. He is a bootlicker and a plastic patriot.

So Nigel Farage has chosen to explain away Trump’s outrageous remarks about President Zelensky instead of doing the right thing and condemning them. Deeply disappointing but not at all surprising. He sounds like a spokesman for Trump. He certainly doesn’t speak for Britain.

“…now we are reaping the harvest of decades of complacency. Our only hope is deterrence: showing the Russians that the cost to them of harming our subsea infrastructure would be too painful for them." www.bbc.co.uk/news/resourc...

It’s a coup. It’s a strategic alliance with Putin. It’s the end of the post-war international order. It’s the triumph of lies over truth and in Putin’s case, evil over good. We are through the looking glass & we all now have to decide who we are & what we stand for

Dark Pence is back.

This is real. Unbelievable but real.

The British people will support Ukraine Trump and Putin are despised

May I urge everyone - yes everyone - to read this thread

I hope America is as lucky as the delta jet - everyone survives but the right wing explodes

Donald Trump again mimics Putin and calls for an election in Ukraine - falsely claiming Zelensky’s approval rating was “at 4%” Recent polling in fact shows that Zelensky’s approval rating is better than Trumps Lets make sure everyone knows the truth youtu.be/QDagM0WWEP4?...

Many Marks and Spencer customers will be disappointed to learn that they've been advertising on GB News radio. You can take action by leaving a friendly message on the Marks and Spencer Facebook page asking them to #StopFundingHate 👇 www.facebook.com/MarksandSpen...

Trump just alleged without evidence Ukraine should hold elections because Zelensky holds a "4% approval rating” Recent polling from Kyiv International Institute of Sociology shows as of December 2024, 52% of Ukrainians trust Zelensky I’m sure UK News shows will be all over this in the morning

🧵/ Reform UK voters are much more likely to have a positive view of Donald Trump than other voters, slightly more likely to have a positive view of Vladimir Putin, and less likely to have a positive view of Volodymyr Zelenskyy yougov.co.uk/politics/art...

"For GB News chief executive Angelos Frangopoulos, countering the threat from Stop Funding Hate has been a constant worry since the station was founded" Let's keep up the pressure 👏👏👏 www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/stop-gb-news

NEW: Last week’s newsletter had ‘IT’S A COUP’ in big red letters on front page of NYT. Well, guess what? It still is. We have to stop framing what’s happening as in any way normal. It’s a coup & a collapse in the international order & none of this is ‘normal’ broligarchy.substack.com/p/us-coup-ga...

💥Peter Kellner: "I quite like using numbers to make sense of the what is going on. Yet sometimes they are not enough. If they were, the fact that Brexit has cost Britain’s economy 4-5% of GDP would be a major national scandal." A 🧵 with some of the most exposing stats from Peter's latest blog👇 1/

"Anti-migrant politics will not build a single house, staff a single hospital or raise anyone’s wages. Instead, by echoing its rhetoric, the government is simply fuelling the rise of Reform UK" Well done to these Labour MPs, trade unionists, and members. www.theguardian.com/politics/202...

Once again I am leaving the Munich Security Conference in a low mood. Amongst all the noise, the US signalled their plans for Europe, so things are becoming clearer. But things are clearly not good. This is what we now know, and what we have to do about it:🧵1/17

Have written about JD Vance’s Munich speech. In what may prove to be the biggest week for European security since 1991, it’s time Europe listened to what Trump and his Vice President are telling us. open.substack.com/pub/goodalla...
