To be fair though, the framerate with some minor adjustments isn’t quite as bad as I have shown earlier. It’s playable, but upgrading from what’s effectively a GeForce 4400 it’s 64MB of ram to a 6600 with 256MB of Ram I really hoped for a noticeable jump in framerate…

Recap is done, although I had to do some soldering to alternative pads, because I couldn’t get the original through holes free of solder. New thermal paste, and a test later I found out that the card actually still works, despite my work on it 😅
