Make sure these lists are correct. Some companies, like Disney, donate to both parties in support of the democratic process... or for appearances. Look at their stance on partisan issues.

You're confused. The US Democratic process *requires* checks and balances built in by the founders. Judges interpret and apply *law* independent from party... if they honor their promise. There is no waiver from the legal process. If it is ignored, then there IS NO LAW.
