he used to race an RC10 and an RC10T back in the day. funny to think that despite This Particular Platform being so prevalent throughout my childhood with various RC10 parts strewn around everywhere, i never really cared much to get one of my own
fun classic Tamiya allure > AE's racing pedigree

pretty much my only worry with it is how abrasive it is. not a problem with my snazzy Diamondback nozzle but i worry for the extruder gears in my bizarre proprietary pseudo-Sprite hotend
every sound that sounds even remotely like gear skipping is sandpaper to my very soul

(i will simply stick to the idea of my body being good at measuring things instead of the more realistic but disheartening possibility that i am simply an NPC perpetually repeating a cycle of predetermined actions on a schedule forever until i die)

for some reason i can easily picture workers using the little spacers you use when grouting tiles to keep the panel lines even
i guess they were hoping all the machines would be completely decorative and languish in parking lots and wouldn't get any actual wear and tear like a real car would

the more traditionally-built Teslas all have terrible panel fitment and massive panel gaps (serously, next time you park near one, check how many panels are off-center! it'll surprise you!) so i imagine supergluing a panel in like a model kit lets you try and correct that while the glue dries
