Haha I know what you mean, I usually try to make up my own pose based on a bunch of references because I hate 'copying', for my own pride lol

Do you plan to sell it? If not then I think you're fine. If so then maybe that's a gray area, but it's clearly not a trace so you're probably fine. Maybe change about it so it's not an exact copy of the pose if you want to be safe?
